1. Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to the frequency of promotion campaigns, price adjustments are not provided. However, you may return and repurchase any item(s), or if your order has not shipped, you may reach out to Customer Service at support@vinesveins.com to see if the order can be canceled.

2.How long will I receive the products´╝č

Under normal situation, your will receive the items within 7-12 days. Right now, due to the covid-19 situation, it may be delayed. However, we will keep on track on the delivery and give you updates every time when there is a new update.

3.How can I track my order?

We offer a tracking code for every order. You can track your order according to your order number or tracking number.

4.Can I cancel the order?

If you have placed an order within 6 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund.

5.Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?

We try our best to ensure that you don’t have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties. However, sometimes it is out of our control.

If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

6. What is your warranty policy?

Vinesveins offers a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing and material defects for products purchased from vinesveins.

Accidental damage, tarnishing and ordinary wear and tear are not included in this warranty. Any modifications attempted repair or failure to follow vinesveins care instructions after purchase will void this warranty. Loss or theft are not covered.

All warranty-related returns must be authorized before being sent back for consideration. Vinesveins will not be responsible for lost or returned packages. Any warranty related returns received without vinesveins authorization will be subject to return to the sender.
